Snow Pea in Oyster Sauce
1.
Wash snow peas and blanch them in water.

The blanched Dutch fish were caught directly in cold water.
3.
Control dry water.
4.
Finely chop garlic.
5.
Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

Saute minced garlic.
7.
Add oyster sauce and stir fry.
8.
Add snow peas.
9.
Stir quickly until each snow peas is evenly covered with the soup.
Tips:
Because oyster sauce itself is relatively salty, do not put salt and chicken essence
