Snow Pear Soup with Rock Sugar Tremella

Soak the white fungus in warm water for 1 hour in advance, clean the soaked white fungus, remove the roots and tear them into small pieces by hand

Wash the pears and cut them into pieces at will

Rinse the red dates, wolfberry and rock sugar separately and set aside
