Snow Peas and Yam Hoof Flower Soup

Add pig's trotters and snow peas and simmer for two hours. If the snow peas have been soaked overnight, you can simmer the trotters for an hour and then add snow peas and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add enough water to the casserole, add a piece of loosely sliced ginger and two pieces of green onions, and cook until the water boils.

Tips:
This soup is very nourishing. Don't add too much salt. It is advisable to drink the soup not salty. The dishes will be a little bland, just dip it in a water-soaked dish and eat. I put salt, light soy sauce, a little sugar, pepper powder and chili oil in a water-dipping dish at my home.
