Snow Spirit of Double Beans—a Love on The Christmas Table
1.
Material drawing. (Potatoes, strawberries, bread crumbs, red bean paste, green onion leaves)
2.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
3.
Steam in a pot until cooked through. (About 8 minutes, depending on the thickness)
4.
Divide the red bean paste into small equal portions and set aside.
5.
Transfer the steamed potatoes to a bowl, and add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar while it's hot.
6.
Use a spoon to press into a delicate mashed potato.
7.
To make the potatoes taste better, add a little butter and mix well.
8.
Then add an appropriate amount of cake powder. (The amount should be mashed potatoes that are not sticky to your hands)
9.
Combine the mashed potatoes into potato balls.
10.
Take a small piece of mashed potatoes and round it, and then slightly flatten it.
11.
Add a ball of red bean paste prepared in advance.
12.
Close the mouth and rub it into a circle again.
13.
Take another piece of mashed potatoes that is smaller than the previous one, knead it round and press flat, add a ball of red bean paste. Close the mouth and roll it into a small circle.
14.
Put the two potato doughs into the breadcrumbs and roll them together, but leave a small part of each to not stick to the breadcrumbs.
15.
Glue the 2 places that are not stuck to the breadcrumbs and press them a little. Make it stronger. Such a "snowman" embryo is ready. (When gluing, the big one is on the bottom and the body is on, and the small one is on the top and the head is on)
16.
Make the other "snowmen" embryos in turn.
17.
Heat oil in the pot and put the "snowman" in a spoon upright.
18.
When the oil is 6 minutes hot, turn to medium and low heat. Use a spoon to hold the "snowman" and fry it in a pot until it is cooked through.
19.
Put the fried "snowman" on the plate. Use small black beans to make "snowman" eyes
20.
Put the green onion leaves in boiling water for 3 seconds and take them out to make a "snowman" scarf.
21.
Finally, cut off a small piece of strawberry tip to make a "snowman" hat.
