Snow swallow, mung bean soaked in water

Soak the snow swallow, clean up the impurities inside

Mung beans are cooked in the pot

Xueyan fished it out and put it into a deep bowl

Put on mung beans

Add rock sugar

Put it in the pot and simmer for 30 minutes

When simmering, buckle a large bowl on top to prevent steam from entering. Just simmer for 30 minutes.

Tips:
Tips: The snow swallow should be soaked in clean water for more than 12 hours. Change the water halfway to pick out the impurities. Do not cook for more than 30 minutes, otherwise it will turn into water.
