I like fried noodles very much, but the ones I bought outside are awful, unhygienic, and there is no taste that I want to eat, so I can only do my own research, healthy and clean, very simple, home-made seasonings, I want to eat what I want to make by myself,,,

So Simple and Delicious Home-cooked Fried Noodles

1. Noodles, ham, green peppers, shallots, and bean sprouts are washed and set aside

2. Boil the noodles, and the noodles can be cooked for 8 minutes

3. Cut dried chili, chopped green onion and minced garlic

4. Stir-fry the dried chilies on low heat, then add the chopped green onion and garlic

5. Add ham

6. Stir fry with green onions

7. Put in the braised soy sauce

9. Put some fresh soy

Tips:

The noodles are cooked well in cold water, otherwise it will be sticky. People who cook with oil, salt, sauce and vinegar will master it by themselves.
