Soak Chicken Feet

Prepare ingredients and seasonings.

The chicken feet are clean and cut.

Boil water in a pot, add the cut chicken feet and cook for about 15 minutes.

Take out the cooked chicken feet and place them in cold water.

Slice the radish and chop the pepper into a bowl.

Drain the chicken feet and put them in the condiment bowl, squeeze 2 lemons.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Tips:
1. For soaking chicken feet, you can also put carrots and celery on it. If you like it, just put it. If you don’t like it, you can leave it alone.
2. Soaking chicken feet and squeezing lemon is a little bit sour, if you want to be more sour, you can pour some vinegar.
