Soak Feet

Prepare the ingredients, first minus the nails of the chicken feet

Chop the chicken feet with the nails cut into small pieces

Soak the chopped chicken feet in water for half an hour, changing the water several times in between, so that the blood stains can separate out

Put a tablespoon of salt in the pot of water, bring appropriate amount of pepper, ginger, and star anise cooking wine to boil, then put in the soaked chicken feet

Skim out the froth from time to time after boiling

After about 5 minutes, the chopsticks can easily penetrate the chicken feet to turn off the fire

Take the cooked chicken feet out, keep a small stream with cold water, and brew continuously for more than 20 minutes

In the process of making chicken feet, pour the Chinese pepper, pickled pepper and salt into the basin, add a proper amount of boiling water to soak the spicy flavor, then pour the pickled pepper water and ginger slices. Add appropriate amount of white vinegar according to the amount of foot bath

Put the brewed chicken feet in the foot bath for about two to three hours to taste and eat. (It needs to be stirred a few times in the middle to evenly taste)

Move the soaked chicken feet into the refrigerator and eat them as soon as possible
