To make noodles, one hundred people will have one hundred ways to make noodles, each with its own characteristics. I also like to eat noodles. I made soba beef noodles this morning, ate a bowl of deliciously, and then went to work and study.

Soba Beef Noodles

1. Ingredients: eggs, buckwheat noodles, spring onions, lettuce, beef with sauce, mushrooms

2. Eggs are cooked and set aside

3. Chop the green onions, wash the mushrooms and tear them into small flowers by hand, wash the lettuce and set aside

4. Pour edible oil into the wok and sauté the chopped green onion

5. Add appropriate amount of water

6. Add mushrooms and open fire

7. Add the soba noodles and stir with chopsticks so that they don’t stick to the bottom of the pan

8. Cut the sauced beef into small pieces and set aside

9. After the noodles are cooked, add salt to the pot to taste, turn off the heat and take out the pot

10. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the egg, lettuce and beef cut in half and serve

Tips:

The sauced beef I use is the finished sauced beef that I bought, or you can make the sauced beef in advance, and just cut a few pieces when making the noodles. Boiled eggs can also be fried eggs or poached eggs.
