Tomato Scrambled Egg Lo Mein

Soba noodles for two persons

Wash tomatoes and green peppers and set aside
3.
Change the knife to spare

Heat the pan with cold oil, scramble the eggs first, stir gently with chopsticks into small pieces

Hold it out for spare

Stir-fried tomatoes with another oil

Add the scrambled eggs, add seasonings

Boil noodles in boiling water, add cold water three times
