I have always loved eating noodles and often make hand-rolled noodles. When the two of them wanted to eat noodles, they made their own hand-rolled noodles. Dry dried noodles are also available at home, which is convenient to eat. When you are at home or in an emergency, dried dried noodles are used.
Recently, I bought some soba noodles at home. It is better to eat whole grains in the three meals. The noodles themselves are less nutritious. I specially chose noodles with half the buckwheat content, so that even fast food can be eaten more diversely.

Tips:

Control the cooking time according to the noodles you use. I don’t have a hot pot. I clean the water directly. Finally, I use some sesame oil to season it. Don’t put too much sesame oil. If you put too much sesame oil, it will make you greasy. A little bit can improve the flavor.
