Soba Noodles with Seafood and Vegetables

First, blanch the spinach with boiling water, then remove it from the cold and set aside

Cut two crab sticks into pieces, the prawns are cooked, peel off the skin after a while, use only the shrimp

Add water to the pot, put the crab sticks directly into the pot and cook, let the crab sticks and water boil together

Then add soba noodles. Control the amount of soup and noodles by yourself. If you like to drink soup, add more water, and vice versa.

Bring the pot to a boil again, add spinach and shrimp, then add oyster sauce directly, and season with a little salt

Tips:
Control the cooking time according to the noodles you use. I don’t have a hot pot. I clean the water directly. Finally, I use some sesame oil to season it. Don’t put too much sesame oil. If you put too much sesame oil, it will make you greasy. A little bit can improve the flavor.
