Boiled Soba Noodles

Slice green onion and ginger, and shred cabbage.

Boil water in a skillet, add soba noodles and cook until soft.

Heat oil in a wok, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage, light soy sauce, vinegar, and salt and fry until the cabbage is broken.

Pour the cabbage into the noodle pot and boil again.

Beat the eggs and spread them into thin egg skins.
7.
Cut into filaments.

Put shredded egg (optional for meatballs) in a bowl of noodles.
