Soda Crackers
1.
Add yeast to 60g warm water and let stand for a while
2.
Sift the powder into a large bowl, add salt, baking soda, and sugar and mix well
3.
Pour in the yeast water and mix it slightly with chopsticks
4.
Pour in vegetable oil
5.
Stir it with a spatula and put it in plastic wrap to ferment for about half an hour
6.
Take out the fermented dough, roll it into a thin sheet with a rolling pin, and press it into the shape you like with a mold
7.
Put it in a baking tray and pierce some small holes on the surface of the biscuit with a fork. Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Put it in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes
8.
Marshmallow chopped and set aside
9.
Take out the baked biscuits, spread an appropriate amount of marshmallows, put them back in the oven, bake them for a while, and wait for the marshmallows to melt slightly. Take out another biscuit and cover it.

Tips:
1. It's delicious without filling. I found that there was leftover marshmallows in the refrigerator before making the filling.
2. The next time I try to melt the marshmallow and then fill it, the effect will be better. I do it a little bit to make do with it.
