Soft Fried Fresh Mushrooms

After washing the fresh mushrooms, tear them into long strips and dry them.

Four tablespoons of flour + two tablespoons of starch, a little baking powder.

Black pepper + egg + salt and black pepper can be omitted.

Stir into a batter.

Wrap the mushrooms in egg batter.

Burn oil in the pot.

Add mushrooms to 60% of the oil and fry until the shape is turned over.
