Soft Fried Tenderloin

Wash tenderloin, cut into strips, put in a bowl

Add very fresh, oyster sauce, cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of salt and stir well

Add 1 tablespoon of oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Pour flour, water, eggs, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt into a bowl, stir well and make a thick batter for later use

Slightly oily in the pan, heat 6 minutes, medium-low heat, dip the tenderloin in the batter, add one by one to the pan, fry until the surface is golden, about 5 minutes, turn off the heat

Remove and drain the oil for later use

Turn on the fire again, high fire, re-fry the tenderloin, deep fry for 1 minute, remove it, so that the texture will be more crispy
