Gong Bao Diced Pork is a classic dish, my husband likes it very much, because children can't eat spicy food, so I improved it. The improved sauce is rich in aroma, salty and delicious, and very delicious!

No Spicy Diced Pork

1. Wash the tenderloin, cut into small cubes of 1 cm square, add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder and starch, stir well and set aside.

2. Wash the cucumbers, peel them, and cut into small cubes for later use!

3. Wash the carrots and cut into small cubes for later use. Chopped green onion for later use.

4. Rinse raw peanuts and soak in salt water, heat in the microwave for 4 minutes, take out and flip, and then take out for another minute. It's healthier without frying.

5. Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, slide the diced meat into the pan and stir fry.

6. Let the diced meat stir-fry until the color changes, add the diced carrots and continue to stir-fry.

7. Fry the diced carrots until they are soft, add the diced cucumbers, and continue to stir fry.

8. Because the diced meat is coated with starch, a small amount of water should be added to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Add crispy peanuts when the juice is low

9. Finally, put the dark soy sauce, salt, and chopped green onion into the pot and continue to stir fry. After the taste is evenly sautéed, turn off the heat, put in an appropriate amount of chicken essence and garlic cloves, and stir evenly before serving.

Tips:
