Soft Tofu Soup

Prepare the materials and cut them.

When the pan is hot, pour a little oil and fry the shredded pork first.

Stir-fry until the shredded pork changes color, add cooking wine.

Next, add a small amount of very fresh soy sauce to enhance the color.

Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and a few shredded carrots, stir fry together.

Add a bowl of water to boil.

When the soup is about to boil, pour in the silken tofu.

Add an appropriate amount of sweet potato flour to cold water to dissolve, stir with chopsticks until there is no precipitation, pour it into the pot, and stir while pouring (you can't take pictures if you use both hands).

Add spring onions to the soup bowl.

The soup in the pot is solidified and bubbling, and you can start the pot. I'm relatively rude, I just carried the pot and poured it into the bowl and it was done.
