Soft Twist

Add the right amount of sugar to the flour! If you like to eat sweet ones, add more. If there is sugar, it would be better. Unfortunately, my family doesn't have the white sugar that I add, and then mix the flour with white sugar.

Add two eggs and some cooking oil to the mixed flour.

Knead it into a dough, then place it on the panel and knead it smoothly.

Cut into small doses one by one.

Take a portion of the agent and rub it into a long strip, then fold it in half and twist, and then fold it in half. When twisting and pinching the joint tightly, it opens.

Boil the oil to 80% heat and fry it in the pan.

I re-fried it to make it crisper, but it turned into a soft twist.
