Songhua Eggs with Ginger Vinaigrette

Wash two loose eggs;

Peel off the shell and rinse with water;

Prepare a small thread for sewing clothes and rinse it with water.

Put the thread from one end, pinch the thread at both ends with your fingers, press down, and the thread will swish into the egg body;

Hold the egg in one hand, hold the two ends of the thread in the other hand and pull down to easily divide the egg in two, without any “sluggishness” at all;

In the same way, divide it into small pieces and install them on a plate;

Finely chop ginger and garlic;

Sprinkle evenly on the surface of the egg nuggets after mixing, then pour some light soy sauce and vinegar, and you can start eating!
Tips:
1. Edible Songhua eggs should be detoxified with ginger and vinegar;
2. Children should eat less.
