It is a nutritious and delicious side dish [Songhua Tofu], which I used to order frequently when I went to restaurants. Now I can make it myself, and it's simple and easy to make. Adults and children like to eat it.

Songhua Tofu

1. Cut tofu in cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the pot, boil for 2 minutes, remove the water and set aside

2. Chop green onions and cut parsley into sections. spare.

Tips:
