Songhua Tofu

Cut tofu in cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the pot, boil for 2 minutes, remove the water and set aside

Chop green onions and cut parsley into sections. spare.

Peel and wash the Songhua eggs, chopped for later use.

Put the dried tofu into a basin, add salt, add chicken essence, and add chopped songhua eggs.

Add chopped green onion, coriander, add cooked soybean oil and mix well. Put it on the table.
Tips:
Add 3 grams of salt to a pot of water tofu under cold water, boil for 2 minutes, and remove the water. Don't worry, tofu won't be very salty, but slightly salty.
