Soufflé Pan Version

Preparation materials: 2 eggs, 20ml milk, 18g low powder, 15g sugar, 2g baking powder

Separate the egg, egg white and egg yolk, add the egg yolk to the milk and mix well, then sift in the low powder and baking powder and mix well.

Add the egg whites three times and add sugar to beat

Take one third of the whipped egg white and mix it into the egg yolk paste, be sure to stir. Then pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining beaten egg whites, mix well and stir, and finally put it into a piping bag.

Heat the pan (low heat) and squeeze into the cake batter, add a spoon of water to the pan and cover the lid, the water is almost evaporated, and gently turn it over with a spatula and fry for a while.

You can add yogurt, chocolate sauce... the pan Soufflé is finished.
Tips:
Be sure to use a small fire, it will burn when the fire is big.
