Soup and Big Potato Soup

Peel and slice the sweet potato, and cut the green onions into chopped green onions.

Tips:
Like yam, big potatoes will have a lot of mucus when they are peeled, so you can wear gloves to avoid itchy hands. You can use less salt when you add it, and cook it until it's almost tasted before considering whether to add it or not. A lighter taste can reflect the sweetness of eating big potatoes.
