Soup Mixed Waist Slices

Wash the pork loin and remove the loin.

Insert the knife diagonally to slice the pork loin into thin slices.

The sliced pork loin is mixed with cooking wine, sugar and black pepper and marinated evenly for 10 minutes.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the marinated pork loin twice.

Chopped green onion, garlic, chili, and green pepper are all finely chopped.

Pour the sesame oil into the pot, first add the pepper, chili and saute until fragrant.

Add garlic, shallots, and green peppers and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

Add another tablespoon of fresh shellfish and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the soup on the hot waist slices and mix well.
