Soup Type Cocoa Two-color Toast
1.
The making of soup seeds. Tear the cheese slices into small pieces and put them in a bowl, add 70 grams of milk, 20 grams of high-steel flour, mix well, put in the microwave and heat it in a decreasing manner of high heat for 30 seconds, 20 seconds, and 10 seconds. Stir evenly with chopsticks to form a paste, cover with plastic wrap, let cool, and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. If you are in a hurry, you can soak the bowl in a basin of cold water and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour after it has cooled.
2.
Put 260 grams of high glutinous powder, 40 grams of sugar, 1 gram of salt, 130 grams of water, add all the soup, 4 grams of yeast powder, and put them all into the bread machine. Use the kneading program to make the noodles.
3.
After the first procedure is over, add 20 grams of softened butter and continue kneading to the complete stage, which is the glove film that everyone often calls. Take out the dough.
4.
Put 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of water into the bread maker, and separate 200 grams of dough from the large dough into the bread maker's kneading program, mix it with the cocoa powder in the bucket and take it out.
5.
After the two-color dough is fermented 1.5 times larger, roll out the white dough and sprinkle with chocolate beans, roll it up, and cover with plastic wrap to relax for 10 minutes. Roll out and stretch into a square. Approximately 15mm square.
6.
Roll out the cocoa-colored dough, a long dough sheet about 20mm long and about 18mm wide, and then put the white dough sheet on it. Be sure to press the two dough sheets tightly without any gaps between them, so that the finished product will be baked. There will be no holes.
7.
Roll it up gently and put it in the toast box.
8.
When the fermentation is 8 minutes full, preheat the oven. I used Changdi's toast program for 35 minutes. You can also use the upper heat 180, lower heat 190, and bake 35 minutes. Look at the temper of the personal oven!
9.
It is out of the oven and demoulded immediately. Let it cool on the grill.
10.
The finished picture is pretty!
Tips:
The soup can be made the day before and put in the refrigerator. Be sure to compress the two pieces of dough, especially when you roll it at the beginning, don't pinch it with your hands. There should be no gaps in the middle, so that the finished product will not have holes.
