Sour and Refreshing Appetizer---sauerkraut Boiled White Meat

Wash the pork belly, boil in a pot of cold water until 7 is mature, remove.

From another pot, put the pork belly in the pot, pour the bone broth and cook for 30 minutes on medium-low heat, remove.

Let the pork belly cool and cut into thin slices.

Cut each leaf of sauerkraut into two or three layers, and cut horizontally into filaments.

Heat a proper amount of oil in a pot on the fire, and saute the pepper and green onion ginger slices.

Add shredded sauerkraut and stir fry slightly.
7.
Pour in the boiled meat stock, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
8.
Put the cooked pork belly and cook for 20 minutes, add salt to taste.
