Sour and Spicy Beef Tendon

Add salt, cooking wine, minced ginger garlic and cooking wine to the beef tendon and mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Stir-fry until the beef is discolored, remove the bottom oil in the spare pan, add ginger, onion and pickled pepper to fry until fragrant, add salt

Add the fried meat, drizzle in the light soy sauce, add green garlic and stir well.
Tips:
1. Marinate the beef first, it will be more delicious
2. There is no starch in the beef, and the beef will be very tender when it is discolored after frying. If you like a more tender flavor, add a little water starch.
