Sour and Spicy Konjac Shreds

Wash the konjac and shred it a little bit to make it easier to taste.

Cut the ingredients well and get ready.

Put a little oil in the pot, add three kinds of seasonings and stir fry to get a hot and sour taste.

Pour the konjac shreds and stir fry.

Add the kimchi water and stir fry. Don't put salt at this moment, just add salt when you start the pan. Because the acid water has a sour and salty taste, so use the sour water of kimchi to cook the konjac shreds. It is absolutely delicious.

Since my kimchi water tastes good enough, I have no use for any other seasonings in this dish, and no salt is added! Sour and spicy, appetizing and invigorating the spleen.
