Sour and Spicy Sea Bass

After the sea bass is cleaned, cut the meat on both sides down to 2cm along the spine (as shown in the picture), and wipe a little cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Rub the potato flour in water and drain the water.

Put all the spices in a bowl and mix well.

Put the potato flour on a plate, spread a few slices of ginger, put the sea bass on top, and pour the seasoning evenly on the sea bass.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the sea bass, keep the heat on medium, and steam for about 8 minutes.

If you want a better taste, you can boil a spoonful of hot oil and pour it on the fish.
