Sour and Spicy Soba Cold Noodles

Pour warm water in a basin and soak the soba noodles until soft.

Prepare chopped green onion, minced garlic and millet pepper rings.

Transfer the soaked soba noodles to a plate, add salt, chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet pepper rings and white cooked sesame seeds.

Raise the pot and burn the oil.
5.
Drizzle hot oil in a bowl.
6.
Pour the light soy sauce.
7.
Pour the balsamic vinegar.
8.
Stir evenly and then start.
