Just like normal cooking, the oil is burnt in the pot; the chopped millet spicy and ginger slices (silk), and the garlic that beats the reef are placed in the pot, and the aroma is released; the chicken is fried together, and the salt and pepper are added while frying. Oil and soy sauce (because the color of the meat is white and unsightly, so add some soy sauce to color it. If it is black-bone chicken, you can also leave it without soy sauce.)
9.
When the meat is cooked, add sour bamboo shoots, sour papaya, bean sprouts and konjac. Put sour bamboo shoots and sour papaya if the meat is not cooked, the meat will not be cooked. At this time, boil another pot of water in the nearby stove.
10.
When all the dishes are about to dry in the pot, pour the boiled water into a pot of water to boil the soup. The longer the time, the more the soup will taste. A pot of sour bamboo shoots and papaya chicken is ready.

Tips:
This time I used sour papaya instead of the papaya we usually make juice. When processing the sour papaya peel, you can’t use a potato peeler, because it can’t be peeled, you have to use a sharp fruit knife to peel off the peel in small pieces, then cut it into four pieces vertically, and then cut the seeds inside. The dura mater between the seeds and the pulp is removed, and the rest is edible. The papaya peel is a bit difficult to peel, so be careful when handling it, it can easily hurt your hands.
