Sour Bamboo Shoots and Seafood Fish Soup

Slice garlic, shred ginger, and mince green onions.

Wash and slice the sour bamboo shoots.

The fish is slaughtered and cleaned, cut into pieces, added with cooking wine, ginger slices, and salted.

Heat the pan with oil, add ginger shreds and fish pieces and fry until golden on both sides. Then add sour bamboo shoots and garlic slices, stir fry, then add boiling water to boil.

Then add red 99 seafood seasoning and green onion, simmer for 8 minutes.

At the end, sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander.
Tips:
Appropriate addition of peppercorns will enhance the flavor.
