Sour Beef

Cut the stewed beef into thin slices, thinner will taste better.

Wash the scallions and cut diagonally into shreds, and put them on a plate for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil temperature rises, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for a fragrance. Add a spoonful of chili powder and stir well.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, preferably under the green onions.

Add white vinegar, aged vinegar, and light soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After the water is boiled, add the cut beef slices, add a little salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Cook until the green onions become soft and rotten.
