The beef in sour soup tastes very good, the beef is soft and rotten, the taste is slightly sour, and the aftertaste is endless. After eating the beef, the soup is super delicious for bibimbap or noodles.

Sour Beef

1. Cut the stewed beef into thin slices, thinner will taste better.

2. Wash the scallions and cut diagonally into shreds, and put them on a plate for later use.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil temperature rises, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for a fragrance. Add a spoonful of chili powder and stir well.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, preferably under the green onions.

5. Add white vinegar, aged vinegar, and light soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.

6. After the water is boiled, add the cut beef slices, add a little salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Cook until the green onions become soft and rotten.

7. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and stir well. Turn off the heat when the aroma comes out.
