Sour Cream Beef Stew

Cut the beef into thumb-sized pieces, cut the bell peppers and onions, and wash the mushrooms for later use. Grab the beef cubes with a small amount of salt and black pepper, and marinate for later use. (It takes about half an hour)

Pick up the frying pan, pour the marinated beef cubes and stir fry. After the surface has changed color, pour in vodka and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Put a little oil in the pot, add onions and stir-fry until softened, then add colored peppers, then add mushrooms, stir-fry all the vegetables until softened, add the broth, or the same amount of water.

Pour the beef into the vegetable pot, add the tomato sauce and sour cream, stir well, and simmer on a low heat.

Finally, sprinkle with parsley to serve.
