Sour Cream Strip Salad
1.
Cut the fried dough sticks into sections and then tear them in half.
2.
Cut dragon fruit, cucumber, and sour radish into small pieces.
3.
Put the fried dough sticks in a 70% hot oil pan until they are crispy, and the chopsticks feel a little hard when they touch them.
4.
You tiao, radish, cucumber, and dragon fruit are all put in the salad bowl.
5.
Drizzle with yogurt.
6.
Pitaya is too overbearing. As soon as it enters the bowl, everything is stained with its color. In order to take a picture that is not a purple-red piece, I dare not stir it. I will mix it well before eating.
Tips:
1 The deep-fried dough sticks must be re-fried. They are not crispy and have no taste, but they should not be over-fried. The darkening is neither good-looking nor delicious.
2 Fruits can be changed arbitrarily, such as apples, pears, avocados, etc.
3 The calories of salad dressing are quite high. Those who have read my "Homemade Salad Dressing" should know that it is made by mixing egg yolk and oil. So use yogurt instead.
