Sour Ginger Mixed with Green Bamboo Shoots

Rinse the black fungus with water, tear it into small flowers, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, remove it, and rinse with cold water for later use.

Peel and wash the green bamboo shoots and cut into silk for later use.

Wash the coriander and cut into sections, cut the small red pepper into small circles, peel the garlic and chop into mince.

Prepare some sour ginger.
