Sour Noodle Soup
1.
I went to the supermarket late to get off work and didn’t buy the shallots. I will use the chives roots as the chives. Wash the shallots/greens (cilantro) and set aside (because I serve two people, it’s more, so it’s more for one person). Less)
2.
Slice the luncheon meat, make it a little thicker, and fry it in a small amount (this is the last step, I just have enough ingredients)
3.
Take a bowl and put 2 tablespoons of garlic, 1 tablespoon of green onions, 2 tablespoons of chili noodles, 1 tablespoon of cooked sesame seeds and pour hot oil
4.
Then add 1 tablespoon of Chinese pepper oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of syrup, and boil a few tablespoons of hot water in a bowl, then cook the noodles for about 20 seconds, transfer them into the bowl, lay down one or two small green vegetables, and start frying eggs (definitely Fry it well, don’t be like me, hahaha, it’s not done, it looks very ugly) Fry a few slices of luncheon meat, sprinkle with chives and you're done!
Tips:
As long as you do it with your heart, you can do it well
