Sour Noodle Soup

Tomatoes (ripe) washed and peeled

Peeled tomatoes, cut into small cubes

Stir-fry the chopped green onion in a hot pan with cold oil, pour in the tomatoes and stir fry

Stir-fry for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce to adjust the color, no need to add too much
5.
Add water to a boil (not too much water, make the tomato soup thicker)
6.
Boil the noodles in the water and cook for 2 minutes, pour the beaten egg liquid into the pot evenly, add a proper amount of salt to get out of the pot
Tips:
1. The tomato can be fried for a while to make the tomato diced into diced pieces or even juice\n2. Do not add too much water to make the soup thicker and more flavorful.
