Sour Plum Boiled Sea Fish

Take out the internal organs of 4 sea fish and wash them.

Shred ginger and mince green garlic.
3.
Mash 4 sour plums and add sour plum juice.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add sea fish and fry until white on both sides.

Add sour plum and sour plum juice and some water to boil.

Cook until delicious, add minced garlic and cook.
