Sour Plum Mint Duck

1. Half cut duck

2. Put cold water into the pot, add 3 slices of ginger and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to blanch water. Cook for about 5 minutes, remove and rinse with hot water.

3. Add a tablespoon of oil to the wok and saute the shallots and ginger,

4. Add the right amount of soy sauce

5. Add the duck pieces and stir fry, then add 2 tablespoons of ice plum sauce and stir fry for about one minute.

6. Add 50g Guangzhou rice wine

7. 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

8. 2 cloves of garlic, 2 aniseed (one for the bigger one, and two for the smaller one).

9. Add in hot water without the duck cubes. Put the pressure cooker to cook for a few minutes in a hurry.

10. Add a small handful of mint leaves and stir fry to collect the juice.

11. Ready to cook

12. The color and taste are very attractive.
