Sour Plum Stew

Two catties of pork meat, cut into large cubes, marinated with sour plum and sour plum juice for 2 hours

After 2 hours, add proper amount of water, boil on high heat and turn to low heat. After simmering for an hour, add proper amount of rock sugar and continue to cook on low heat until a little water remains.

Cook for about two hours and it's ready, put it on a plate, and garnish with chopped green onion or coriander.
