Sour Radish and Lean Pork Congee

Wash the sour radish with running water, then dice. (The sour radish I soaked myself is very salty and spicy, so you don’t need to wash it if it tastes heavy)

Wash and chop cowpea (frozen in the refrigerator, very soft after thawing)

Lean meat chopped

Stir-fry lean meat in hot oil

Add the sour radish and cowpea and stir fry a few times, adding a spoonful of salt in the meantime.

Just stir the meat to change its color.

Wash rice and oats

Put all into the rice cooker and add water and cook for about 40 minutes.

Finished product
