Sour Soup Dumpling Noodles

Pick the rapeseed and wash, cut into sections, separate the leaves and stems, and cut the ginger into pieces.

This is the filling and noodles left over from eating pot stickers yesterday. I made 12 dumplings this morning, and the remaining noodles were rolled into lasagna.

This is the fried tomato sauce. (10ml oil, 2 star anise, green onion, garlic, half ginger, salt, dark soy sauce, chicken essence) Due to time, no photos were taken for the fried sauce.

Raise the pot, add 900 ml of water, add the ginger to a boil.

Add the dumplings and cook until they are ripe.

Add the noodles and boil.

Add the rape stalks and bring to a boil.

Add rapeseed leaves and cook on and off.

Add tomato sauce, pepper and vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Potted rice.
Tips:
The remaining noodles and fillings have to be eliminated, so they are made into noodle soup dumplings, which are delicious.
