Sour Soup Dumplings

Chop the shallots, tear some seaweed, prepare some dried shrimps for later use. Try to prepare two copies of these items.

Put the green onion, dried shrimp and seaweed into a bowl, and add a spoonful of chili noodles. Reserve some ingredients.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and vinegar. Try to use black vinegar to make it more flavourful, especially scented

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it into the container, stir evenly

Isn't it great? I did not add salt because the dried shrimps are very salty.

Frozen dumplings need to be boiled in cold water before they will not rot
