Sour Soup with Beef

Prepare the above ingredients.

Boil water in a pot, turn off the heat when the water is turned on, put the washed enoki mushrooms in the water and drain them.

Put the fat cow into the boiling water pot until it is dead and remove it.

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the pan, wait until the oil is cooked and blanched, add an appropriate amount of finely chopped ginger and garlic cooking wine and sauté until fragrant, then add yellow chilies and pickled peppers, and continue to fry for 1 minute.
