Sour Soup with Beef

Blanch the enoki mushrooms for 1 minute

Fat beef blanched and turned color out of the pot

Burn oil at the bottom of the pot, add ginger slices, garlic slices, pickled peppers, yellow lantern chili sauce

Saute the base ingredients, add water 400ml rice vinegar, 50ml white sugar, salt and boil
