Sour Soup with Beef

150g beef beef, 150g enoki mushroom, 10g minced ginger
10g minced garlic, 30g green onions, 5g millet pepper
20g pickled peppers, 10g cooking wine, 20g Hainan yellow bell pepper sauce
1g salt, 1g chicken essence, 1g pepper

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, tear off the small ones and set aside

Tips
1. Fattened beef slices are easier to cook, and they only need to change color in the pan. It should not be cooked for too long.
