Sour Soup with Beef

Wash the enoki mushrooms, soak and drain for later

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the enoki mushrooms and cook until soft, remove them and put them in a bowl for later use

Prepare ginger, garlic and millet pepper

Beef slices (for two people)

I washed the beef slices and it was messy (I knew I wouldn't wash it, it's still a little shaped)

After the pot is heated, add oil, put ginger, garlic, and millet pepper into it and fry it for a fragrance

Pour another bowl of water into the pot and bring to a boil

When the water is boiling, add the beef slices and cook until the color changes, turn off the heat
