Sour Soup Wonton

1. Water-haired day lily is torn into filaments after removing the stalks

2. Cut water-fat fungus into thin strips, water-fat shiitake mushrooms into thin slices, mince garlic

3. Saute the minced garlic in a hot pan with cold oil, add the shiitake mushroom slices and sauté fragrant, add day lily and fungus shreds

4. Add broth and water, boil and add wontons and cook

5. Beat the eggs and pour them into the pot, stir clockwise with chopsticks
