South Milk Peanut Trotters

Prepare the materials, clean them, soak the peanuts in water for 1 hour, and the trotters will come out of water.

Heat the pan, add the sliced ginger and garlic, add the trotters, and stir fry.

Add the cooking wine to remove the fishy, then add the light soy sauce to taste, and then add the dark soy sauce to the mix.

To prepare the sauce, mix 2 pieces of southern milk with a spoonful of hoisin sauce, and add some southern milk.

Add the sauce to the trotters and cook together.

Add the right amount of boiling water and add the soaked peanuts.

Tips:
If you have bad teeth, you can simmer for a little longer, about 40 minutes, or you can use a pressure cooker at home.
