Southeast Asian Style Fried Rice
1.
Chop red pepper and green onion and set aside
2.
Saute the chopped green onion in a pan, add the chopped red pepper, add the leftover rice and stir fry
3.
Add green beans, corn, diced carrots and continue to stir fry
4.
Beat in an egg and chop gently with a spatula
5.
Add a few drops of fish sauce
6.
Stir fry and make it into a plate
7.
Breakfast with a bowl of sea oyster tofu soup, two side dishes will do
